Where do you think you would find a film like ours? (websites, cinema, TV, etc) Film would be played at teenage awareness seminars i.e battling depression etc etc

  2. 1. The locations were good - I was particularly fond of the roof setting.
The ambiguous ending was the perfect way to end it, and I like the way it faded out (very Darren Aronofsky, which is a good thing!)

    2. Sometimes the poem doesn't flow consistently, causing it to appear quite muddled & suggests that Marcus doesn't quite know what he's saying. I also think you need some sound effects like footsteps when Marcus is walking around his room; and an opening and closing noise of the fridge. It'll just add more to those scenes.

    3. Teenagers definitely - a demographic that you reach perfectly.

    4. I'd expect to find a film like yours on YouTube, websites of Local Councils and other Government funded/run schemes for young people.

I loved it! Well done guys!

  3. 1. I really liked the editing especially rewinding the part when Marcus was writing. There was also a good range of camera shots and framing.

    2. I think there should be sound effects included. Even the focus is more on the voice over, it would be better to hear it.

    3. Teenagers and it does reach out to the target audience because the character himself is playing the part of a teenager.

    4. I would find this film online or for like a campaign for teenage depression.

  4. 1.The narrative is successful because it is easily understood and comes across very well. The rewind effect was rather well done and I believe it added a surprise element into the film which drew more attention from the audience.

2.The voiceovers could have been a bit better-there were a couple of odd moments where there was no sound at all and then the voiceover would begin again; perhaps the inclusion of music could have aided this issue.

3.I believe the audience is 16 to 25 year old young people who often feel trapped within their life and wish to escape to a better place and lifestyle. This audience is definitely reached and pulled into the narrative.

4.I think this film would be found and viewed online on websites which work with young people regarding their problems and possible solutions.

    1) I like the rewind effect and the camera shots were really good (especially the one where Marcus is on the rooftop)

    2) There are some parts where the poem doesn't really flow. I think more editing would fix that.

    3) I think your target audience is teenagers who may be finding it dificult to cope with life. I think a lot of people could relate to the film.

    4) I could so see your film being shown on E4 if they did films...

    1. I thought your narrative, voice overs and the range of different shots within your film made the message of your film come out very affective and made me connect with the main character's emotions.

    2. The lighting in the room was sometimes dark, so it was hard to see Marcus, so I would just suggest a little bit of lighting, not too much to take away the message of isolation.

3.The target auidence is teenagers and it reaches out to the issues that teenagers experience.

    4. I think this film would definately be played on TV. It has alot of potential.

well done, it shows alot of talent.
